The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet and FPX transactions. Minimum deposit for cryptocurrency transactions is MYR 100 equivalent. The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to deposits exceeding certain thresholds without prior notice.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly upon confirmation. FPX bank transfers are credited within 5–15 minutes of transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain network confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder will be rejected. Funds deposited from unverified third-party sources may be frozen pending investigation and returned to the original source at the Company's discretion.
Players may request withdrawal of eligible Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and provided that the Account has completed KYC verification and is in good standing.
Only Real Money Balance that has satisfied applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal. The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures to withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical limitations of the payment channel. The Company reserves the right to conduct withdrawal via alternative methods where necessary for compliance or operational reasons.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published for each offer in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using low-risk staking strategies designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming engagement, wagering exclusively on games or markets excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution, colluding with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Detection of bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and permanent Account closure.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the respective game, betting market, or live dealer table, as displayed within the Platform at the point of play. In the event of Account suspension due to a suspected breach, the Company will conduct an internal investigation. Where the Account holder is found to have breached these Terms, the Account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with the severity of the breach. Where no breach is found, the Account will be reinstated and any affected balance restored.
